You own your data. We own the platform. You pay for access to tools. We promise to keep your data secure and never sell it.
1. Terms
By accessing IncidentPost, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use our software to generate incident reports. The reports you generate are yours to keep, share, and publish as you see fit.
- You retain full ownership of your generated content.
- You may use the reports for commercial purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer the platform source code.
3. Liability
IncidentPost is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall IncidentPost be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IncidentPost's website.
4. AI Content
Our service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any generated reports before publishing or sharing them.
5. Refunds
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
