Our Data Promise

We adhere to a strict "Zero-Retention" policy for sensitive input. Your raw incident data is processed in-memory and discarded immediately after generation if you don't save it.

1. Data We Collect

We believe in collecting the absolute minimum required to provide our service:

Account Info: Email address for authentication and receipt delivery.
Payment Data: Processed securely by LemonSqueezy (we never see your credit card).
Incident Data: The content you input for generating reports.
Generations: The final reports you create, stored for your history.

2. How We Use Data

Your data has one purpose: to generate and deliver your postmortem report.

To generate postmortems via Google Gemini (enterprise-grade privacy).
To maintain your history of generated reports.
To send your tax invoices and receipts.

We never sell, trade, or share your data with advertisers.

3. Data Retention

You control your data. You can permanently delete any report from your history at any time. When you delete a report, it is scrubbed from our database instantly.

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Our database is secured with Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you - and only you - can access your reports.
